Your details

Your name and your email address.

Your replies to invitations, and the first names of any guests you bring.

Timestamps for when you joined, replied or changed something, so we know how many seats to set.

Only to send you invitations and to plan the evenings. Nothing is sold, shared or used for advertising, and guest lists are not passed on.

The legal basis is your consent, given when you accepted an invitation to the list. You may withdraw it whenever you like.

Until you unsubscribe or delete your details. If you unsubscribe we keep your name and email so we know not to write to you again; if you delete, everything goes.

You may ask for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected, have it deleted, or object to us keeping it at all.

The quickest way is the personal link at the bottom of every email — it lets you edit your name, unsubscribe, or delete your details outright. You can also write to thelulearoom@moietycompany.com.

If you feel we have handled your details badly, you may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

No tracking and no analytics cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is what is needed to keep an administrator signed in.
